About Me

I bring over 18 years of experience in user experience (UX) design, successfully managing diverse projects for a wide range of clients. As a results-driven UX professional, I have been involved in the full web development lifecycle — from user research and prototyping to technology selection and deployment. I excel at delivering solutions that address the needs of global markets, internal stakeholders, and government operations. I am well-versed in managing complex technology integration across multi-platform environments.

Through travel in Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, and South America — including family ties to the latter two continents — I developed a genuine curiosity about different cultures and mindsets. I’ve visited five of the seven continents and am determined to reach the last, continually seeking to observe, understand, and appreciate how people experience the world differently.

This global perspective, combined with my ongoing adventures — such as kayaking expeditions in Michigan or Alaska — and regular volunteer work, has strengthened my empathy and user-centered approach to design. These experiences continue to fuel my commitment to creating intuitive, inclusive solutions that resonate across diverse audiences.
